In 2008, Jaime Garcia, created a cigar in secret in honor of his father, The My Father cigar. Don Pepin Garcia found out way before it was completely finished and was so happy that his son had created a cigar in his honor. In 2009 Don Pepin Garcia released the My Father Le Bijou 1922 in honor of his father. The My Father Le Bijou is crafted from a Nicaraguan Habano Oscuro wrapper from Pelo de Oro, Golden Hair, leaf. Pelo de Oro tobacco is seldom grown this day and aged because it is very difficult to grow. From start to finish, the My Father Le Bijou unleashes rich flavors of earth, cocoa, leather, cream and peppery spice.
